Kip McGrath Education Centre Bossley Park NSW is seeking Experienced Primary Education Tutors to join our team after school hours in small group sessions. You will teach literacy and numeracy using Kip McGrath methodologies and help children grow confidence while meeting their goals.

We offer supportive management, 60-minute sessions, above award pay, state-of-the-art facilities, induction training, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Institution requires a teaching degree or be in the final year.
• Current Working with Children Check is required.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Confidence using software and computers.

Responsibilities

• Teach students using the Kip McGrath methodology.
• Tutor in a positive, caring manner to promote self esteem and self worth.
• Use state-of-the-art software to plan and conduct face-to-face lessons.
• Be available to commit to every class scheduled.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
• Keep weekly online progress records for students.
• Provide verbal and written feedback to parents.
• Work up to 2-3 sessions per day, Monday to Friday.
