Responsibilities

• Fault finding & diagnostics – investigate, identify and resolve plumbing issues with confidence.
• General plumbing maintenance – repairs and installations of taps, toilets, hot water systems and fixtures.
• Drainage solutions – blocked drains, CCTV inspections, jet blasting and drainage repairs.
• Renovations & installations – rough‑ins, fit‑offs and plumbing upgrades.
• Commercial plumbing – maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting.
• Roof plumbing & guttering – inspections, repairs and installations.
• Customer communication – explain findings, provide recommendations and represent our company professionally.
• Job documentation – maintain accurate job notes, photographs and records using our digital job management system.

You'll be trusted to manage a variety of plumbing jobs independently, from initial investigation through to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work across residential and commercial plumbing, with independence and autonomy to manage your own jobs and make decisions without being micromanaged.

Key responsibilities

Fault finding & diagnostics – investigate, identify and resolve plumbing issues with confidence

General plumbing maintenance – repairs and installations of taps, toilets, hot water systems and fixtures
