Coscare Out of School Hours Care is seeking an experienced OSHC Educator for a permanent part-time role in Sydney. The position covers 27.5 hours per week, with 3 mornings Before School Care and 5 afternoons After School Care, Monday to Friday, plus Vacation Care during school holidays.

Above Award rates may be offered to the right candidate. The role requires proven OSHC experience, strong programming knowledge, and a commitment to children's safety and inclusion.

Experienced OSHC Educator – Permanent Part-Time

27.5 hours per week | 3 mornings & 5 afternoons | Vacation Care

Croydon Out of School Hours Care (Coscare) is seeking an experienced OSHC Educator to join our team in a permanent part-time position.

The position is 27.5 hours per week, working 3 Before School Care mornings and 5 After School Care afternoons, Monday to Friday, with work also available across our Vacation Care program during school holidays.

• Above Award rates may be offered to the right candidate, depending on experience and demonstrated OSHC knowledge.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience working in an OSHC setting

• Has strong knowledge of OSHC programming, planning and documentation

• Is confident planning and implementing engaging activities for primary school-aged children

• Is reliable, enthusiastic and works well within a team

• Has a strong commitment to children's safety, wellbeing and inclusion

Must Have

• Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• National Police Check issued within the last 3 months

• Required Geccko Child Safety Training, or willingness to complete prior to working directly with children

• Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting training and knowledge

• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain as required

• Ability to meet all required child-safe employment and screening requirements

The Role

You will work as part of our team to provide a safe, engaging and enjoyable environment for children across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care.

Responsibilities include active supervision, engaging with children, contributing to programming and documentation, facilitating activities and supporting the safe day-to-day operation of the service.
