Job summary

Freeway Motor Group is seeking an Experienced Technician and Accessory Fitters to join its expanding service department in Cranbourne. The role requires full Australian trade qualifications as a motor mechanic/technician, 2–3 years in the Australian motor industry, and a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer service.

You will work on Ford, RAM, and LDV brands, install accessories, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Full Australian Trade Qualifications as a Motor Mechanic/Technician.
• 2–3 years' experience in the Australian motor industry.
• Experience on varied makes and models.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hold a current, full driver's license.
• Be a self-motivated, punctual team player.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation.
• Participate in regular training and use modern workshop equipment.

• Diagnose, repair and service vehicles to the highest standard.
