Octopus Labour is sourcing experienced LO Operators for Kemps Creek and Erskine Park sites in Western Sydney. This ongoing casual role pays up to $41.45 per hour with flexible morning and afternoon shifts and ongoing work.

You will pick orders from height on an LO, use RF scanners, and work with a supportive team to maintain safety and high accuracy. Experience with LO and RF scanning is essential.

Qualifications

• A valid LO Licence (mandatory).
• Solid experience picking orders on an LO.
• Confidence using RF scanners.
• A sharp eye for detail and a strong focus on safety.
• Good communication skills and a team player mindset.
• An LF Forklift Licence (a bonus, but not essential).

At Octopus Labour, we’re teaming up with one of Australia’s best known 3PL warehousing brands to find experienced LO Operators for their Kemps Creek and Erskine Park sites in Western Sydney.

This is an ongoing casual opportunity for someone who knows their way around an LO and takes pride in getting every pick right. You’ll earn up to $41.45 an hour, choose from morning and afternoon shifts, and pick up extra shifts when it suits you. Best of all, you’ll have the Octopus team supporting you from day one.
