Job summary

AR Developments is seeking experienced Landscape Labourers to join our in-house team on large-scale townhouse developments across Ripley, Springfield and Logan Reserve. You will perform turf work, planting, edging, drainage, paving and general site labouring on busy sites.

We offer a full-time permanent position with ongoing work, a strong safety culture and opportunities to learn, grow and progress within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, civil or construction labouring experience.
• White Card is required.
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport are mandatory.
• Good level of physical fitness is essential.
• Commitment to safety and safe work habits.
• Strong attendance and reliability are expected.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Machinery tickets will be highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Turf preparation and installation.
• Planting and garden bed preparation.
• Retaining walls and edging construction.
• Paving and other hard landscaping works.
• Drainage installation.
• General site labouring tasks.
• Safe operation of tools and equipment.
• Maintain clean and organised work areas.
