Job summary

Turps Tippers is seeking HC Drivers experienced in driving trailers to join our Canberra team. We operate a modern fleet based at our ACT yard, with night and day shifts available. Responsibilities include pickups, deliveries, paperwork, and vehicle maintenance, in the asphalt sector.

Ideal candidates have an HC licence, White Card, recent driving record, medical clearance, and Road Ranger gearbox experience. Willingness to undertake training (BFM) and a current police check are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current HC Driver’s Licence is required.
• White Card is required.
• Recent RTA driving record.
• Medical or willingness to undergo a medical.
• Road Ranger gearbox experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• A reliable, hardworking attitude and ability to work within a team.
• BFM Certificate (or willingness to undertake training).
• Current Criminal History Check.
• Overhead Powerlines Certificate/ or willing to complete course.
• Experience in the Asphalt Sector.

Responsibilities

Turps Tippers is currently seeking HC Drivers who are experienced in driving trailers to join our growing team.

At Turps Tippers, we pride ourselves on maintaining a modern and reliable fleet, with all vehicles being 2018 models or newer. This role is based out of our Canberra ACT yard.

Key Responsibilities

• Pickup and delivery of product loads for a range of customers

• Operating within the asphalt sector

• Completing all required paperwork accurately and daily

• Maintaining truck cleanliness and presentation standards

• Reporting vehicle maintenance requirements and safety incidents promptly

• Willing to work Night and Day Shift

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have
