Qualifications

• Experience operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
• Familiarity with Twin Tyne and Double Deep setups is desirable.
• RF scanning experience and warehouse/logistics exposure required.
• Reliable transport and ability to work Mon-Fri with roster flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach Forklifts and Counterbalance units safely.
• Handle Twin Tyne and Double Deep forklift operations as needed.
• Perform putaways, replenishment, picking, and pallet movements.
• Conduct RF scanning for inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Load/unload trucks and stage pallets; maintain clean, safe workspace.

National Workforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Drivers / Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse and logistics opportunities across Western Sydney.

We have roles available across Yennora, Eastern Creek, Pemulwuy, Wetherill Park, Erskine Park, Smithfield and Arndell Park.

About You

• High Reach Forklift experience
• Counterbalance Forklift experience
• Twin Tyne experience - highly desirable

• RF Scanning experience
• Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution centre experience
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to undertake general warehouse duties
• Reliable transport
• Availability across Monday to Friday
• Ability to commit to your roster and assigned shifts
