Job summary

SECRETS OF BEAUTY AUST PTY LTD on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced lash artist for a permanent/casual role at our Labrador salon. You will craft classic, hybrid and volume eyelash extensions, perform lash lifts, and manage brow waxing/tinting to deliver a premium client experience.

The role focuses on building a loyal clientele, offering personalised aftercare guidance and maintaining high standards of precision and care in every appointment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of salon experience in eyelash extensions.
• Confident with classic, hybrid and volume sets; mega volume is a bonus.
• Excellent retention, clean isolation and mapping.
• Confident with brow shaping, waxing, tinting and facial waxing.
• Lash lift experience; Korean Lash Lift training is a plus.
• Friendly, professional, reliable with weekend availability.

Job Description

We're a busy, established lash and brow salon in Labrador (Gold Coast), known for quality over quantity. We're looking for a skilled, experienced lash artist who takes real pride in their work and wants to be part of a supportive, high-standard team.

ABOUT YOU

• At least 3 years of salon experience in eyelash extensions.
• Confident and consistent across classic, hybrid and volume sets (mega volume is a bonus).
• Excellent retention, clean isolation and beautiful mapping and styling.
• Confident with brow shaping, waxing, tinting and facial waxing.
• Lash lift experience (Korean Lash Lift training is a plus, or we'll train you).
• Friendly, professional and reliable, with flexible availability including some weekends.

THE ROLE

• Create flawless lash sets and infills, Korean Lash Lifts, brow waxing/tinting and more.
• Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience every time.
• Build and retain your own regular clientele.
• Recommend aftercare and products clients will genuinely love.
