Job summary

Bedrock Workforce is seeking experienced Drillers for permanent full-time opportunities with a leading civil and ground engineering contractor operating across New South Wales.

With a strong pipeline of current and upcoming projects, we're looking for experienced drillers who take pride in their work, look after their equipment and want to be part of professional site teams delivering quality civil infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in drilling, ground engineering or similar works.
• Proven experience safely operating drilling rigs.
• Ground support drilling and installation experience.
• White Card
• Current driver's licence
• Working at Heights
• EWP licence where applicable
• Good mechanical awareness and respect for plant and equipment
• Strong safety and quality standards
• Reliable attitude and ability to work within a site production team
• Flexibility to work across NSW projects as required

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling rigs on ground engineering projects across NSW.
• Work on soil nails, ground anchors, rock bolts and other ground support tasks.
• Contribute to safe, efficient site delivery and equipment care.
