Job summary

Kellyville Smiles in NSW seeks a Dental Assistant and receptionist to support our busy practice. You will assist dentists during restorations, RCTs, surgery, implants and orthodontics, while ensuring top patient care and efficient room turnover.

You will sterilise instruments, prepare treatment rooms, manage bookings and payments, and contribute to a positive patient experience. Australian work rights and 1+ year private-practice experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting is essential.
• Experience in an Australian private dental practice is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Valid Australian work visa or work authorisation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentists during various dental procedures including restorations, RCT, surgical and dental implant procedures and orthodontics.

Experienced Dental assistant and receptionist

Kellyville Smiles is seeking a Dental Assistant and receptionist to join our busy dental practice in Kellyville, NSW. As a key member of our dedicated dental team, you will play a vital role in supporting the dentists and ensuring our patients receive exceptional care in various dental procedures which we provide.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the dentists during various dental procedures including restorations, RCT, surgical and dental implant procedures and orthodontics.

Working with the our clinicians to ensure providing the highest level of dental care.

Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean and stocked

What we’re looking for

Availability 3-4 days a week including some Saturdays

Minimum 1 year of experience in an Australian private dental practice

High work ethic in a busy working enviornment

Certificate III in Dental Assisting is essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to patient-centred care

Experience with using D4W software

D4W software experience is preferred but training can be provided for the right candidate

Valid Australian work visa or work authorisation required
