Job summary

Aestheté Sunshine Coast is seeking a senior aesthetic nurse to join our private practice in Maroochydore, with expansion plans into Noosa in 2027. The role focuses on advanced cosmetic medicine, patient consultation and treatment planning within a collaborative Dermal & Laser team.

The successful candidate will hold current AHPRA registration, have 5+ years in cosmetic medicine and demonstrate leadership in education and clinical development across a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in cosmetic or aesthetic medicine.
• Established experience across advanced aesthetic medicine treatments.

Senior Aesthetic Nurse | Cosmetic Medicine

Full-Time | Maroochydore + Noosa

A rare opportunity is available for a highly experienced Aesthetic Nurse to join Aestheté Sunshine Coast as we enter an important period of expansion.

Established in Maroochydore, Aestheté brings together aesthetic medicine, advanced skin and laser technologies, regenerative treatments and health optimisation within a highly considered model of private practice.

In 2027, we will expand into Noosa with the opening of our second location.

We are looking for an accomplished Registered Nurse with a minimum of five years' experience in cosmetic medicine who is ready for the next stage of their career.

Someone confident in their clinical ability, exceptional in consultation and facial assessment, and interested in working within a collaborative environment where education, professional development and considered treatment planning are fundamental to the way we practice.

The Role

This is a full-time clinical position initially based at our Maroochydore clinic, with the opportunity to work across both Maroochydore and Noosa following the opening of our new Noosa location in 2027.

Your role will include:

• Conducting comprehensive facial assessments and aesthetic consultations
• Developing personalised, staged treatment plans based on individual presentation, priorities and goals
• Performing advanced aesthetic medicine treatments within your experience and scope of practice
• Working collaboratively with our Dermal & Laser Team to integrate skin health, laser and energy-based technologies into patient treatment pathways
• Building trusted, long-term patient relationships through education, communication and continuity
• Participating in ongoing clinical review, education and professional development
• Maintaining exceptional standards of clinical documentation, safety and regulatory compliance

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced practitioner who has already developed a strong foundation in aesthetic medicine and wants to continue advancing their clinical capability.

You will bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• A minimum of five years' experience in cosmetic or aesthetic medicine
• Established experience across advanced aesthetic medicine treatments
• Strong facial assessment, consultation and treatment-planning capability
• Exceptional patient communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional maturity, integrity and sound clinical judgement
• A collaborative approach and genuine respect for working within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to continual learning and clinical development

A Queensland Laser License and experience with laser and energy-based devices are highly regarded.

Experience within dermatology, plastic surgery or other specialist medical environments would also be advantageous.
