The role requires at least 3 years of professional kitchen experience, a trade qualification or equivalent, and the ability to work across a 7-day roster with strong communication and presentation skills.

• Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation
• Must have a trade qualification or equivalent
• Flexible and helpful attitude with clear communication and customer service skills
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
• Ability to manage own sections and deliver consistently high-quality food
