Job summary

Rosenlund is a Brisbane-based civil contractor seeking an experienced Civil Labourer to join site crews across civil earthworks, demolition, remediation and ground retention projects in Brisbane and South East Queensland.

This hands-on role requires a safety-focused individual who thrives in an outdoors environment and seeks steady work with an established contractor that values teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a labourer on civil, earthworks or demolition sites.
• Current White Card (General Construction Induction).
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions.
• A strong safety mindset and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general civil labouring duties across earthworks and demolition sites
• Assist plant operators, including spotting and working around excavators and heavy machinery
• Support pipe laying, drainage, formwork and ground retention works as required
• Set out and maintain site fencing, barriers and traffic control
• Keep work areas clean, safe and well organised
• Follow site safety procedures, SWMS and directions from forepersons and supervisors

Rosenlund is a full-service demolition and earthworks contractor based in Brisbane. We're seeking an experienced Civil Labourer to join our site crews on civil earthworks, demolition, remediation and ground retention projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around a civil site, takes safety seriously and wants steady work with an established contractor.

What you'll do

Perform general civil labouring duties across earthworks and demolition sites
