Job summary
Audika Australia is seeking an experienced Audiologist/audiometrist to provide comprehensive adult hearing services, including assessments, prescription, fitting, and client consultations. You will serve a diverse client base (HSP, DVA, private, insurance) using leading hearing aid technology from multiple manufacturers.
You will be part of a supportive team focused on exceptional client outcomes, ongoing professional development, and community engagement through local events and marketing
Qualifications
- Experienced Audiologist/Audiometrist with relevant product knowledge.
- Qualified Professional (QP) with active peak body membership.
- Strong focus on hearing health education and KPI achievement.
- Commercial acumen and customer service focus.
- Empathetic communicator with interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive adult hearing services including wax removal (training provided if required) tailored to a diverse clientele including HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients.
- Perform precise and insightful hearing assessments and accurate diagnostics.
- Prescribe suitable hearing aids and fit them to clients, personalized to individual needs.
- Participate in local area marketing events to raise awareness and promote our hearing services.
