Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.
• Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Monitor dough quality throughout production.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to meet daily production needs.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment and areas.
