Job summary

TSA Riley is seeking a Project Director to lead its project management function in Queensland. You will work with Health Infrastructure Queensland to maintain momentum and deliver complex capital projects valued at high levels, coordinating with government, clients and Tier 1 contractors.

You will drive strategic delivery, provide decisive advice on risks and status, and ensure the right talent focus on the right workstreams to keep the project moving forward.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience on major capital projects (>$1B).
• Excellent communication with senior government, client and contractor leadership.
• Strong experience working with government clients and public-sector stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience managing Tier 1 contractors in complex delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate a large, multidisciplinary project team with clear direction and priorities.
• Support HIQ with delivery strategy, executive decision-making and issue resolution.
• Lead the project management interface including with the Tier 1 contractor.
• Oversee delivery of major road and external precinct infrastructure.
