A leading Victorian university is seeking an Executive Officer for their Melbourne Burwood Campus. The role involves governance support, strategic advice to the Director, and administrative management of the institute. The Deakin Institute for Citizenship and Globalisation (ADI) is one of Australias leading social sciences and humanities research institutes
The Executive Officer provides governance support and administrative management for ADI and provides executive support to the ADI Director Executive and Advisory Board.
This position provides senior level support with the administration of the Institute as well its strategic initiatives and provides support to the Director towards the fulfilment of the Institute Strategic Plan. The position also provides executive assistance to the UNESCO Chair in Comparative Research on Cultural Diversity and Social Justice.
Open only to casual fixed term and continuing staff at Deakin.
