Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Contribute to organisational strategy, planning and executive decision-making, ensuring corporate services align with DDHS's priorities.
People and Culture: Lead workforce strategy, organisational development, employee engagement and leadership capability.
Corporate Services and Operations: Oversee ICT, fleet, facilities and workplace health and safety.
Governance and Risk: Strengthen governance, compliance, risk management and accountability.
Marketing and Communications: Provide strategic oversight of communications, brand and stakeholder engagement.
