Job summary

Six Degrees Executive Pty Ltd has been engaged to recruit the Chief Executive Officer for the Department of Children and Families in the Northern Territory. This role will set strategic direction, lead policy, programs and services across territory communities, and drive reform in child protection, out of home care and family support.

You will work with the Minister, CEO Coordination Committee, Aboriginal organisations and non-government partners, delivering reform with political judgement,

• Proven record of leading change in large, complex human services environments.
• Strong operational, financial and workforce management capability.
• Ability to lead through restructure and cultural change.
• Political judgement with the confidence to advise Government.
• Resilience, self-awareness and emotional intelligence to navigate complexity.
