Headstart ABI Services, a specialist provider supporting people with acquired brain injury, seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead in the Hunter, Port Stephens and Central Coast regions. The CEO will shape Headstart's future in an evolving NDIS environment and guide a committed, experienced team.

You will drive governance, strategic and financial leadership, and build partnerships to sustain impact and long-term sustainability.

Qualifikationen

• For senior leaders, experience in health or disability sectors is essential.
• Proven ability to lead strategic direction and ensure financial sustainability.
• Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead Headstart's strategic direction and translate priorities into organisational plans.
• Maintain high-quality services and outcomes for people with ABI.
• Provide strong financial oversight and support sound commercial decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for service development and partnerships.
• Lead and develop the Senior Leadership Team and foster open communication.
• Represent Headstart with consumers, families, funders and government bodies.
