Job summary

nbn is seeking an Executive Manager, Disruption Management to lead our approach to navigating disruptions and crises, guiding the design and delivery of the Disruption Management Framework. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with executives, business units and external partners to strengthen resilience.

You will lead programs preparing and enabling our Integrated Crisis Management Team and divisional Emergency Management Teams, ensuring clarity, capability and confidence to respond

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience across crisis and emergency management, cyber resilience, business continuity, disaster management or security risk management.
• Proven ability to design and lead complex programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, delivery and assurance of the Disruption Management Framework.
• Coordinate national crisis and emergency response across executive and stakeholder groups.
• Build and enable Integrated Crisis Management Teams and divisional Emergency Management Teams.
