RMIT University seeks an Associate Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education to lead the STEM College's education strategy, aligning with the university's Education Strategy across delivery modes and locations. Based in the Melbourne CBD, you will work with senior academic leaders to strengthen learning innovation, student experience and academic quality.

Qualifications

Professor/Level E with a PhD in a STEM discipline and corresponding senior academic standing.
Significant senior academic leadership experience with change initiatives.
Ability to shape education strategy in a complex university environment.
Deep knowledge of national and international developments in learning and teaching.
Experience leading digital learning transformations at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of the STEM College education strategy.
Strengthen academic quality, program relevance, viability and student experience.
Provide leadership to Schools in program design, renewal and delivery.
Drive innovation in learning and teaching, including digital education and AI literacy.
Lead education governance and quality assurance across the College.
