Bolton Clarke is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive General Manager Commercial to lead our Residential Aged Care commercial operations. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer - RAC, you will drive strategic and commercial outcomes, ensure financial sustainability while balancing care and service excellence.

About the Role
  • Lead the RAC Care Funding, Workforce, and Commercial teams to achieve annual financial and operational targets.
  • Develop and implement funding and workforce strategies aligned with resident care needs and commercial objectives.
  • Identify and deliver commercial opportunities to improve financial performance across the RAC group.
  • Provide strategic insights and partner with Operations to achieve business goals.
  • Anticipate and respond to regulatory changes, driving proactive initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and workforce planning to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Support finance, payroll, and industrial relations functions with accurate reporting and analysis.
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in finance and/or accounting
  • Significant leadership experience in the health and aged care sector.
  • Ability to influence and drive positive change
  • Proven ability to balance purpose, care, and commercial outcomes.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing complex initiatives.
