Job summary

QUT's Graduate School of Business seeks an experienced Executive Director/Head of School to lead strategic positioning, growth and external engagement of the MBA and broader executive education portfolio delivered under the Graduate School of Business brand.

You will strengthen postgraduate and professional learning offerings, build meaningful industry relationships, identify new opportunities to enhance portfolio performance, student outcomes and market position, and provide senior leadership

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in executive education, postgraduate education, or business development.
Strong external engagement and market development with industry, government or professional stakeholders.
Strategic and commercial acumen with ability to grow education portfolios in competitive markets.
Ability to lead through influence in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

Provide senior leadership for strategic positioning, growth and external engagement of MBA and executive education offerings.
Lead and grow postgraduate and professional learning portfolios with cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Develop industry connections and identify opportunities to strengthen portfolio performance and student outcomes.
Guide governance and academic delivery in a complex university environment.
