Job summary

FANS (French-speaking Association of the North Shore) seeks a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, translate strategic priorities into action, and oversee educational programs and community initiatives in collaboration with KHPS and other partners.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage financials and governance, and foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture across the organisation and its supporters.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and general management experience, ideally within an education, not-for-profit, community or similarly complex stakeholder environment.
• Strong people leadership capability, including team development, performance management and the ability to build a positive organisational culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the association in line with its objectives.
• Translate strategy into operational plans and actions; oversee enrolments, programs and community initiatives.
• Develop and improve operational systems, processes, policies and controls; provide timely reporting to the Committee.
