- Temporary opportunity: 12 months initially with possibility of extension

- Clerk Grade 7/8 salary ranges from $113,574 – $125,720 plus super

About the Role
- Provide high‑level coordination and drafting of correspondence and other ministerial and departmental collateral.
- Act as liaison between the Consumer Energy Division and the Ministerial Services Branch.
- Manage communication and workflows, oversee ministerial correspondence, parliamentary requests, and divisional responses.
- Maintain and improve information management systems, support staff capability in tools such as SharePoint and CM10.
- Contribute to evidence‑based policy by coordinating input, research, and analysis.
- Provide project and stakeholder support to the Office of the Executive Director and across the Division, preparing high‑quality briefs, reports, and documentation to inform decision‑making and track progress.
About You
- Organised and adaptable professional with strong critical analysis and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in project coordination, sound judgement, and a collaborative approach to managing competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including senior government representatives.
- Ability to deliver accurate, timely, and high‑quality advice in a high‑volume environment.
