About the Role
  • Provide high‑level coordination and drafting of correspondence and other ministerial and departmental collateral.
  • Act as liaison between the Consumer Energy Division and the Ministerial Services Branch.
  • Manage communication and workflows, oversee ministerial correspondence, parliamentary requests, and divisional responses.
  • Maintain and improve information management systems, support staff capability in tools such as SharePoint and CM10.
  • Contribute to evidence‑based policy by coordinating input, research, and analysis.
  • Provide project and stakeholder support to the Office of the Executive Director and across the Division, preparing high‑quality briefs, reports, and documentation to inform decision‑making and track progress.

  • Organised and adaptable professional with strong critical analysis and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in project coordination, sound judgement, and a collaborative approach to managing competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including senior government representatives.
  • Ability to deliver accurate, timely, and high‑quality advice in a high‑volume environment.
