Job summary

The Workplace Injury Commission (WIC) seeks an accomplished CIO to lead technology, digital delivery, cyber security and data capability. This executive will create the IT operating model, governance and disciplines for the future and govern major platform initiatives, including the case management system.

You will shape technology vision, set strategy, manage risk and vendors, and build a capable senior leadership team in a regulated government environment.

Qualifications

• Senior technology leader with executive accountability for tech, digital, cyber and data.
• Experience shaping and maturing technology functions in regulated environments.
• Proven track record in platform implementation, delivery and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership across technology, digital delivery and data.
• Shape IT operating model, governance and discipline across WIC.
• Lead major platform initiatives including case management systems.
• Partner with executive and boards on technology strategy and risk.
