This is a full-time, immediate opportunity for a polished, highly organised, and commercially minded Executive Assistant ready to support the Managing Director of a multi award-winning firm operating from a brand-new, state-of-the-art office in the heart of the Southport business district.

As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will bring structure, precision, and exceptional presentation to a role that sits at the centre of operations. You will be supporting a high-profile MD who is constantly in the spotlight, balancing commercial priorities, media visibility, fast cycles of work, and ongoing brand growth.
This role requires a trusted, composed professional who can confidently support the Director through confidential and sensitive legal matters, remain non-judgemental, and operate with absolute discretion in a high-trust environment. The role also requires the ability to travel locally, nationally, and at times internationally to support the MD across client work, events, meetings, and commercial engagements.
