Description

Here at Amazon Web Services, we're looking for an exceptionally bright, experienced, energetic, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the Director for Solutions Architecture, ANZ.

This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company, and a good sense of humour are critical.

The successful candidate will apply extensive executive support experience to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency, switch gears at a moment's notice, and take effective action without knowing the full picture. Previous experience supporting a sales or professional services team will be advantageous.

Responsibilities include managing complex calendars and scheduling, acting as a liaison for leadership, coordinating team activities and travel, and managing expense reports.
