The Client

My client is a hugely successful, global Fund Manager. Their Sydney office has grown rapidly over the last ten years and they have a low turnover due to the effort that they put into ensuring that all staff feel empowered and are treated fairly and with respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive assistance to senior management in the form of diary management, travel bookings and arranging meetings.
  • Organise travel arrangements and corporate events, including boardroom lunches and client‑facing functions.
  • Ensure smooth office operations, including managing meeting logistics, resources and the general presentation of the office.
  • Provide a professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to clients at all times.
  • Manage and answer all queries via phone or email in a timely manner.
Experience Required
  • Experience working as an Executive Assistant within a professional and fast‑paced environment.
  • Highly developed organisational and time‑management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work efficiently and independently.
  • Enthusiasm and an ability to demonstrate proactiveness and efficiency with workload.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • A team first attitude and a willingness to help in general tasks across the business as and when they arise.
