We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team.

This person can work from our Brisbane or Gold Coast office.

This role is ideal for an organised, proactive and engaged Executive Assistant who is looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and bring a positive, solutions-focused approach to supporting senior leadership.

What will you be doing?
  • Provide support to the Regional Director on all day-to-day operations

  • Respond to complex / escalated enquiries

  • Travel management and coordination

  • Support special projects and/or events as and when required

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings so that they run smoothly eg scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available

  • Accurately transcribe, type, format and proofread a wide variety of material including presentations

  • Welcome and assist visitors to ensure a professional and friendly impression of the organisation

  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement in all interactions

What are we looking for?
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting leadership teams at an executive level

  • Experience working within a global organisation is advantageous

  • Ability to support project initiatives, with experience sitting in executive meetings and conferences

  • Customer centric focus - ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support and partner with leaders across the business

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Proactive, can-do attitude

  • Discretion, diplomacy and the ability to maintain confidentiality
