Job summary

Ageing Australia in Victoria invites an experienced Executive Manager to lead our 62-bed aged care home and independent living units, delivering exceptional care, strong operational performance and a positive workplace culture.

Reporting to the President of the Committee of Management, you will oversee care delivery, governance, and financial performance while guiding major redevelopment projects and strengthening cultural heritage connections with the Hungarian community.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a multidisciplinary management team in aged care.
• Experience with regulatory readiness, accreditation and compliance.
• Strength in financial performance, budgeting and reporting to governance.
• Commitment to culturally inclusive care and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the 62-bed home and ILUs.
• Drive care quality, workforce leadership and rostering.
• Oversee budgets, occupancy and financial results to the Committee.
• Manage strategic redevelopment and regulatory readiness.
