This role focuses on data center migrations, site consolidations, Exchange upgrades, and hybrid deployments, with cloud migration programs and strong collaboration with security and cloud teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Microsoft Exchange Server administration.
• Experience with Exchange Server 2016/2019, Exchange Online, Office 365, and hybrid environments.
• Mailbox migrations, site consolidations, and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Deep understanding of mailflow, DNS, AD integration, and high availability.
• PowerShell scripting for administration, automation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and support Exchange infrastructure transformation projects.
• Coordinate data center migrations, site consolidations, and hybrid deployments.
• Lead cloud migration programs and ensure minimal business disruption.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and business teams.
