The Future Students & International Engagement Division plays a central role in shaping the University of Wollongong’s global reputation and community impact. The Division leads strategic recruitment, engagement and outreach initiatives that connect prospective students, schools, industry and communities with the transformative opportunities offered at UOW.

We are seeking an organised, proactive and relationship‑focused Events & Program Coordinator to join our Student Recruitment & Access unit. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of high‑quality recruitment and outreach events—including Open Day, Discovery Days, discipline‑specific programs, school engagement activities, expos and information evenings. Acting as a key liaison between the Division and UOW Faculties, you will help ensure events are student‑centred, operationally seamless and aligned with audience needs. You will manage logistics, stakeholder communication, event documentation, registration systems and on‑the‑day support, while also contributing to continuous improvement through feedback and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building strong working relationships, and is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for future students and their influencers.
