Why You Want to Work Here
- Instead of being desk‑bound, you’ll be out in the community—visiting venues, attending public events and activating shopping centre campaigns where you can see the immediate impact of your work.
- You’ll have genuine autonomy and ownership, managing events end‑to‑end—from sourcing opportunities and partnerships through to coordinating logistics and delivering on the day. You’ll have the freedom to bring new ideas forward, build relationships and continuously improve how lead generation events are run.
- You’ll be supported by a collaborative, people‑first organisation that values energy, accountability and follow‑through. With structured onboarding and access to senior support, you’ll work alongside people who roll up their sleeves and get results together.
About the Role
- Planning, booking and coordinating lead generation events across SA, VIC and WA, including shopping centre activations and large public events.
- Identifying and securing new event opportunities, sponsorships and partnerships that generate high‑quality leads.
- Managing all event logistics, including locations, approvals, equipment, vehicles, promotional stands and stock.

- Coordinating event rosters and supporting lead generation staff on the ground to ensure the brand is represented professionally.
About You
- You’ve worked in events before and understand what it takes to make them run smoothly. You enjoy the pace, the logistics and the buzz of being on‑site—engaging with the public, solving problems in real time and seeing it all come together.
- You’re motivated by organisation and follow‑through, loving the detail that goes into planning events end‑to‑end and the satisfaction of seeing everything run smoothly on the day.
- You love variety and flexibility, thriving in a role that includes travel and changing environments—giving you the opportunity to experience new places rather than being tied to a fixed desk routine.
Selection Criteria
