Job summary

Campground Kitchen Pty Ltd in Braybrook is seeking a pizza maker for the events crew. You’ll join a mobile pizza operation, loading the truck, setting up at venues, cooking and packing down.

Most work is Friday to Sunday, with October–April busier. You’ll travel to venues across Greater Melbourne, hand-stretching dough, shaping toppings, and ensuring guests are served.

Australian working rights required; driver’s license handy; you’ll work with a small crew and learn the systems quickly.

Qualifications

• Ideally, 2 years making pizza, wood-fired or gas.
• Confident hand-stretching and rolling dough.
• Australian working rights.
• Available Saturdays.
• Driver's licence handy but not essential.
• Comfortable talking to guests.
• Able to work in a team at events.

Responsibilities

• Load the truck and travel to venues.
• Set up cooking area and start pizza stations.
• Cook pizzas and manage toppings.
• Pack down, clean, and return gear to HQ.
• Keep workspace tidy and safe.
