Job summary

ALDI Stores in Melbourne is seeking a Duty Manager to lead from the front, supervise shifts, and drive store performance. You’ll guide and develop team members, handle customer inquiries, and play a key role in daily operations while upholding ALDI’s values.

You will train and onboard staff, manage workloads, and ensure shelves are well stocked and customers have a positive experience during evenings and weekends.
