Job summary

Wacol Trade and Customer Fulfilment Centre – Wacol QLD is hiring a Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced team operating mainly on the 2:00pm to 10:00pm shift. You will pick and pack customer orders, operate forklifts (including high reach), monitor stock, and load/unload delivery trucks.

Weekend availability is essential, and strong teamwork with safety focus is required. A current forklift licence is essential, with prior experience in a similar role or trade advantageous.

Qualifications

• Current valid forklift licence.
• Experience in picking orders and manual handling.
• Experience in trade or building industry advantageous.
• Good time management and customer service focus.
• Able to work in a team and autonomously.
• Attention to detail and safety standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Forklift operation of a range of products from standard pallets to large packs.
• Monitor merchandise and replenishment of stock.
• Load and unload orders on delivery trucks.
• Communicate with the online order team and maintain safety training.
