Job summary

City Facilities Management is hiring for a cleaning role working with Goodstart Early Learning in Sydney. The position offers reliable evening hours (Mon-Fri, 6pm–8pm) with an hourly rate and part-time loading.

You will clean activity rooms, disinfect high-touch surfaces, and maintain hygiene across shared spaces while following OH&S policies. Candidates should have a positive attitude, basic cleaning experience, and a smartphone for work communications.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred, not essential.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver's licence and own car preferred.
• Willing to obtain Police Check or Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces like handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
