Job summary

City Facilities Management is seeking a part-time cleaner to join our team in Dalby, Queensland. The role covers cleaning activity rooms, amenities and shared spaces during evening hours, 7:00pm–9:00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will disinfect high-touch surfaces, dust, vacuum, mop and spot-clean doors and windows, and safely use chemicals and equipment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential; owning transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver’s licence and own car preferred.
• Willing to obtain a Police Check or Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
