The role includes supporting and troubleshooting technology, managing end-user systems, and ensuring smooth operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an EUC support role.
• Exposure to Logistics / Supply Chain environments advantageous.
• Experience in Operations teams providing 24x7 support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to IT team’s processes and standards.
• Provide High Priority Incident Management during Terminal incidents.
• Investigate escalated incidents and provide resolutions.

Skills

Desktop and Infrastructure support experience

Good interpersonal skills

Experience in ITIL aligned environment

Proactive automation of admin tasks

Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting
