Job summary

NRI is seeking an End-User Computer Engineer to join our Victorian operations in Melbourne, delivering hands-on workplace technology support, managing the endpoint lifecycle and handling onboarding and offboarding for staff, including Planit.

You’ll provide Level 2 EUC support, collaborate with NRI Holdings and potential future group companies within BTE's managed services scope, and work from Naarm Land (Melbourne).

• Level 2 EUC - endpoint lifecycle management
• Onboarding/offboarding and meeting-room technology for NRI staff (including Planit)
• Assist and support NRI Holdings and potentially any future group companies that fall under BTE's scope of managed support.
