Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer based in Australia to own complex investigations in Ethernet networking and AI infrastructure. You will act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, coordinating across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to resolve issues and improve products and support tooling.

The role demands hands-on troubleshooting, crisis management, and strong customer communication to drive timely resolutions and customer trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-depth technical support for networking, hardware, software, or enterprise infra products.
• Deep knowledge of Ethernet and data center networking (TCP/IP, Layer 2/3, ARP, STP, LACP, MLAG, IGMP, PIM, BGP, OSPF).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using tcpdump, Wireshark, and telemetry.
• Strong Linux admin and networking skills to diagnose server, OS, driver, hardware, and performance issues.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, with the ability to explain complex tech to executives.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex issues in NVIDIA Ethernet networking and AI infrastructure.
• Own critical customer issues from first response to resolution, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Reproduce problems, analyze diagnostics, identify root causes, and resolve install/operation/performance issues.
• Provide technical leadership during high-severity incidents and manage customer expectations.
