We are currently seeking a highly motivated, driven, and well‑organised Structural Steel Estimator / Project Co‑Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Estimating, Site Management, and Workshop teams to deliver successful outcomes on a variety of projects.

This position would ideally suit a Trade Qualified Boilermaker looking to advance their career into estimating and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and detailed quotes and estimates.
  • Interpret and work from engineering and structural drawings.
  • Ensure business margins are maintained while considering manufacturing processes.
  • Manage projects from tender through to completion.
  • Practical experience as a Boilermaker.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Experience liaising with clients and identifying value‑adding opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of metal manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Capable of prioritising and multitasking in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Motivated, proactive, and client focused.
