Estimator - National Fitout & Refurbishment Builder

About the role:

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will play a key role in winning work and shaping the front end of our projects. Your responsibilities include:

Preparing accurate cost estimates for projects in the $1-$5M range

Engaging with subcontractors and driving their participation in tenders

Following up quotes and managing pricing to ensure coverage and competitiveness

Compiling BOQs and issuing tender packages

Managing enquiries and RFIs throughout the tender phase

Producing polished, high impact submission documents using our branded templates

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

Minimum three years local commercial estimating experience

Background estimating in commercial projects valued between $1-$5M

Strong analytical skills and confidence with cost plans, BOQ's and building knowledge

Experience with leading construction estimating software

Professional communication skills and strong personal presentation
