Advanced Buildings and Restorations in Sydney is seeking a Lead Estimator to mentor our NSW estimating team, drive performance, and maximise revenue opportunities in a business where people and culture matter.

This role involves overseeing the estimating process, collaborating with project teams to finalise scope, timeline and delivery, and guiding growth of the team while ensuring accurate, consistent estimates and productive supply negotiations.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' Estimating experience in the Insurance Repair Industry.
• Major Complex Loss experience.

Responsabilidades

• Overarching management of entire estimating process.
• Collaboration with Project Teams to finalise scope, timeline and delivery expectation.
• Lead and mentor team of estimators- guiding, developing training and supporting growth.
• Oversee all estimate delivery, ensuring accurate and consistency is being delivered.
• Manage reporting to assess areas such as: win rates, margin per job and client satisfaction.
• Regular review and ongoing negotiation with supply agreements, ensuring a balance between competitive pricing and company revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' Estimating experience in the Insurance Repair Industry
• Strong attention to detail with advanced understanding on submission requirements of technical documentation - Major Complex Loss experience.
