Job summary

Service Stream is launching an Estimating Graduate position as part of the 2027 Ignite Graduate Program in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. You will support the estimating and pre-contract functions by helping prepare cost estimates, tender pricing, quantity assessments, supplier pricing requests, and bid documentation.

The program runs for two years with on-the-job rotations, learning opportunities, and structured development designed to build your capability in estimating, commercial management,

Qualifications

• Must have completed, or be completing, a minimum 3-year undergraduate engineering degree within the last 5 years.
• Willingness to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the Ignite Graduate Program.
• Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of cost estimates, tender pricing and quantity assessments.
• Support supplier pricing requests, cost analysis and bid documentation.
• Contribute to development of accurate and competitive estimates and learn project lifecycle.
