What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including :

Conducting condition assessments and asset data verification audits at Defence sites.

Validating and maintaining asset information in Defence estate systems (e.g. GEMS DEIS WMS).

Engaging with internal teams subcontractors and Defence stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Preparing and appraisal reports supporting audits and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Promoting Downers Zero Harm values and ensuring all activities comply with WHS and environmental legislation.

What Youll Bring

Certificate IV in Asset Management or equivalent (mandatory).

Demonstrated experience in asset auditing condition assessment and data analysis.

Diploma of Asset Management Planning construction engineering or facilities management qualification (desirable).

Asbestos Awareness White Card and site access credentials (desirable).

Ability to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
