Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our Enterprise Applications team, ideally with Oracle ERP implementation experience. You will directly drive delivery for large-scale ERP implementations across mobilisation to go-live.

The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, and requires hands-on management of project plans, budgets and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our Enterprise Applications team, ideally bringing strong Oracle implementation experience.

This is a hands‑on delivery role for a Project Manager who has personally led multiple large‑scale ERP implementations through the full end‑to‑end lifecycle.

We are particularly interested in candidates with Oracle ERP experience; however, we are also open to strong Project Managers who have successfully delivered complex enterprise ERP implementations across other major platforms.

This is not a Program Manager or high‑level oversight position. You will be directly responsible for driving delivery, managing project teams, working closely with business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring projects progress successfully from mobilisation through to go‑live.

The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale ERP implementation projects through the full end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle.
• Take direct ownership of project planning, delivery, governance, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Manage delivery across requirements, design, build, integration, data migration, testing, cutover and go‑live.
• Coordinate functional, technical, business and third‑party delivery teams.
• Establish and maintain detailed project plans, milestones and delivery schedules.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and escalation points.
• Work closely with customer stakeholders to manage expectations, priorities and delivery outcomes.
• Drive project governance, reporting and regular delivery cadence.
• Manage project financials, resourcing and commercial commitments.
• Lead cutover planning and go‑live readiness activities.
• Resolve delivery challenges proactively and maintain momentum across complex project environments.

ABOUT YOU

You will be an experienced ERP Project Manager with a demonstrated track record of personally delivering complex enterprise implementations.

Ideally, You Will Bring

• Proven experience personally leading several full end‑to‑end ERP implementations.
• Strong Oracle ERP implementation experience highly regarded, including Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Alternatively, extensive experience delivering other large‑scale enterprise ERP implementations.
• Experience managing projects from mobilisation and planning through design, build, testing, cutover and go‑live.
• Strong understanding of ERP delivery activities including integrations, data migration, testing and business readiness.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary functional and technical teams.
• Strong project financial, commercial, risk and governance capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technology and senior leadership groups.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• A practical, hands‑on delivery approach and willingness to work at the detail required to successfully drive a project forward.

We are looking for someone who has genuinely owned ERP implementations rather than operating solely at a Program Manager or governance level.
